Our Story

Dialogyx was born from firsthand frustration with broken performance review processes. Our founders have extensive experience across industries including cybersecurity consulting, fintech product management, banking operations, and HR management. They owned the performance review process at a growing company when the pain became unbearable.

Despite trying multiple performance review platforms, the same problems persisted: 80% of reviews failed to complete on time, HR spent 80+ hours per cycle chasing incomplete forms, and employees found the process tedious and meaningless.
